This website and online store are operated by Jubilant Fields Floral Studio LLP (UEN: T18LL1184A). Throughout the site as well as the terms and conditions set out below, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jubilant Fields Floral Studio LLP, and the terms “you”, and “your” refer to you, The Customer.
By successfully placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including additional clauses referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink, if any.
Full payment must be made at the point of ordering; unpaid orders are considered invalid and will not be fulfilled.
We accept online orders whose delivery date is up to 12 weeks from the date the order was placed. Beyond 12 weeks, your order is considered invalid and will be cancelled and our cancellation policy will apply (see below).
Delivery of your order will be made according to the guidelines stipulated in our Delivery Information section.
We firmly believe in the creative nature of floral design, and thus treat each floral arrangement as unique in its own right. Kindly allow room for variation between what you see in our online catalogue and the final product(s); an exact replica of the arrangement(s) featured in the photos will not be possible.
In addition to the point above, please allow for some degree of colour differences between the actual product received and the photos featured in the catalogue. The difference could be due to one or several of the following factors: difference in lighting conditions between the actual product and photo taken, minor photo filters applied on pictures, screen configurations on devices on which the photos were viewed, and inherent colour and shade variations of the flowers used.

In the unfortunate event that you would like/need to cancel your order, please contact us. On a case-by-case basis, a partial refund in the form of a credit note may be issued to you according to the following guidelines:

For cancellation notice provided: –

  • More than 2 weeks before the selected date of delivery: refund amounting to 90% of the paid value.
  • Between 1 to 2 weeks before the selected date of delivery: refund amounting to 50% of the paid value.
  • Less than 1 week before the selected delivery date: The order may be cancelled but without any refund, except in extreme and unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final.

All credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issuance and are strictly non-transferable. Such credit notes can be used to offset payment for future orders/services. Please note that we do not issue cash refunds for cancelled orders.

As part of our confidence in product quality and commitment to service excellence, all online orders are covered by our 100% Happiness Guarantee. If for any reason our floral gift falls short of your expectations in the following areas, we will replace or refund (in cash, not store credits) your floral gift!

  • Product quality: damaged or missing goods; damaged packaging; flowers arriving in a poor condition
  • Delivery: late delivery; no show; poor handling of the product(s) by deliveryman

To redeem your 100% Happiness Guarantee, please call us on the day of the delivery with supporting information and pictures and we will have it resolved!
