Just like any other art form, floral design is highly creative and 100% handcrafted. In addition, the beautiful flowers we work with are fully living creations that differ from bloom to bloom, harvest to harvest. Finally, depending on the time of the year, certain flowers may be out of season and will require us to use a different selection of blooms. It is therefore not realistic to have the actual bouquet or arrangement look the same as the website photos. But rest assured, it will still be beautiful and 100% happiness is guaranteed!

Preserved flowers are not artificial or faux flowers. Also commonly referred to as “everlasting flowers”, they are mostly real flowers which have been preserved upon harvest and can last for at least a year in the right display conditions. They are also often colour-treated to offer new colour options which cannot be achieved using fresh flowers.
For wrapped flower bouquets, it is always ideal to display the flowers in a vase of water as this increases their longevity. Remove all paper and plastic wrapping and transfer the flowers to a vase with fresh water.
 
Always ensure that the water level is high enough, such that every stem end is submerged in water, but the flowers and foliage remain well above the water level.
 
Change the water in the vase every two days. At every change, snip off about 1cm of each stem end at an angle using sharp scissors.
 
Always place the flower arrangement indoors, away from direct heat, wind and air-conditioning. Also, keep the flowers away from fruits and vegetables.
For flower arrangements that are created on floral foam, ensure that the floral foam is constantly moist. You can do so by “watering” the arrangement once or twice a day – trickle down a small amount of water through the centre of the arrangement till the foam is moist is touched.
Display in a cool, dry place for maximum shelf life; avoid wet and humid hotspots (e.g. bathroom, balcony). Flower discolouration and shedding over time is normal and expected. No other maintenance or care is required.
These lovely creations likely need just a little more lead time to prepare, so you and your intended recipient get the best and most out of it. As the saying goes: good things are worth waiting for!
Our cut-off time for same-day delivery orders is 10 am daily. If you did not place your order by 10 am, the next earliest delivery date for these products would be the next day.
If you have successfully paid for your order, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to you. Do check your Spam email folder, as automated emails may accidentally be filtered there due to your email security settings. If you did not receive your confirmation email after 15 minutes of placing your order, please contact us immediately.
Unfortunately, we are unable to advise an exact time that your order will be delivered due to various factors outside of our control (e.g. traffic and weather conditions). Rest assured that your order will be delivered within the stated time frame! And with our 100%

Just like any other delivery, a delivery attempt may be deemed successful, even if your intended recipient may not have received the floral gift in person. For example, the recipient may not be home and the floral gift may have been received by the recipient’s domestic helper or family member living in the same place. Or, the floral gift may have been dropped off at the security or reception counter due to restricted access at the given address, and some time is needed to redirect the gift to the recipient.

Sometimes, it could simply be the case of the recipient needing more time to drop you a thank you note for your love gesture! Just wait, it’ll come!

Yes, you can! Please contact us with your request to find out whether the pick-up location is convenient for you. If so, we will assist you in confirming your order for self-collection.

It is possible, though it breaks our hearts that you are considering this option… However, do note that we do not issue cash refunds for cancelled orders. Instead, a partial refund in the form of a credit note may be issued to you according to the following guidelines:

For cancellation notice provided: –

  • More than 2 weeks before the selected date of delivery: refund amounting to 90% of the paid value.
  • Between 1 to 2 weeks before the selected date of delivery: refund amounting to 50% of the paid value.
  • Less than 1 week before the selected delivery date: The order may be cancelled but without any refund, except in extreme and unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final.


All credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issuance and are strictly non-transferable. Such credit notes can be used to offset payment for future orders/services.

Kindly allow up to two business weeks for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank/credit card statement. In the meantime, we sincerely hope to do better for you the next time you place an order with us.
