DELIVERY POLICY

Jubilant Fields Floral Studio is based in the Republic of Singapore and we only deliver within mainland Singapore and Sentosa Island. We are not able to deliver to outlying islands (e.g.Jurong Island, Pulau Tekong, Pulau Ubin, Lazarus Island etc.)

Additionally, we can only deliver to exact locations that:

  • have valid postal codes with corresponding unit numbers (if applicable), AND
  • the intended recipient is based at the said location throughout the entire delivery time window chosen by you to receive the order.

 

Your chosen delivery date and timing are assumed to be correct. We cannot be held responsible for any errors in your selection.

Delivery of your order will be made anytime within your selected delivery time window. We are unable to deliver at a specific time or a smaller time window without prior knowledge and agreement.

Any request to change the delivery date must be made at least three days before the original delivery date, while any request to change the delivery timing must be made at least one day prior. All requests are subject to feasibility and our acceptance. A service fee and/or other surcharges (e.g. public holiday/weekend, urgent/time-sensitive considerations) for the change may apply.

A delivery is considered successful upon delivering your order to the given delivery address, even if your intended recipient may not have received the item(s) in person. For example, if a domestic helper or family member residing at the given residential address receives the item(s) on behalf of the intended recipient, this is deemed as a successful delivery.

 

For locations that have restricted access (e.g. offices in hospitals or government buildings, offices/condominiums with Concierge/Reception services, offices in paid tourist attraction spots, hotel guestrooms, army camps etc.), delivery will be made according to the established norms at such premises, such as, but not limited to, having the item(s) dropped off at the security or reception counter. In such situations, the delivery is considered successful, even if your intended recipient may not have received the item(s) in person.

 

If we are authorised by you or your intended recipient to leave the item(s) at an unattended spot (e.g. at the doorstep, in the riser), or with a third party (e.g. a neighbour, a tenant), we will do so accordingly and the delivery is considered successful.

 

We cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged item(s) which has been deemed successfully delivered.

 

Any requests/instructions about driver meet-ups, calling/texting sender/recipient before delivery, and/or delivery status updates are subject to our acceptance and will be followed through on a best-effort basis. We cannot be held responsible for any failed delivery attempts resulting directly or indirectly from not being able to follow through with such instructions.

 

If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons not caused by us, such as, but not limited to, wrong/incomplete address given, or nobody being at the given location to receive the item(s), you will be required to pay a fee to redeliver your order at the next earliest possible date and time as determined by us. Our standard re-delivery fee is $20, notwithstanding public holidays/weekends and/or urgent/time-sensitive delivery considerations.
